Which tool are you using? Some Version Control Systems have hooks that can perform these functions.

SCM USER Actions Script
Could someone assit me with a Script or tables that will assist me in determining what actions where performed by a user within SCM. I know that one can get this information on the users pc with the .CASCM file but unfortunately the user is not availale at this point in time.....
Is there an alternative to this?
