Deployment natively supports scheduling (as part of the promotion). If you want to schedule a promotion itself - have a look on uneversal scheduling capabilities: commands CSJ (Create Schedule Job), RCSJ (Relate Command to Schedule Job), ESJ (Edit Schedule Job).
