Hi Sameer,

I did come across this solution on IBM portal and had increased the 'ccm' chunk space to 1GB and restarted change . i am no longer coming across ERROR: Failed in UI function cs_cmds:CSapi_create_cr(...) error. but, my bad, i still continue to receive
ERROR: Failed in UI function cs_cmds:CSapi_get_system_info(...) in event.log

Thanks
Divya

Hi Divya,

I am afraid this error information is not available on the IBM portal or anywhere else.

Another guideline before going for technical help from IBM is to check system_info.txt($CCM_HOME/etc/system_info.txt) file for correct license [email protected] incase if license server is changed and not updated .

Thanks,

Sameer
