Change is a good thing. Being a leader in an era of constant change can be frustrating. Putting a company through a significant transformation is a serious process that takes a lot of people, time, and money. However, if your organization doesn't innovate and change by market-driven needs and demands, it will fail—it's just that simple. So, how do you do it? This interactive workshop will introduce five key factors to successful change management. You will experience techniques to get everybody actively involved in transformation, from top-level executives and stakeholders to the team level, clients, and partners. You'll be able to go back to your organization with tools and techniques to manage change and truly lead a successful agile transformation. About the Presenter

Kim Brainard trains and coaches teams to embrace collaboration and discover new ways of thinking and create greater outcomes. She works with organizations to change the way they change as innovation requires breaking down the old rules of thought and create new ones. She draws on a diverse background in software development, engineering, sociology, politics, non-profit, and public and private sectors. Kim is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, as well as a certified trainer of the accelerated learning method, Training from the Back of the Room. In addition to training and coaching, Kim is the founder of Agile Brain Group and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. She is a skilled facilitator who facilitates large events to situations dealing with intense conflict. Kim is passionate about growing people and skilled in teaching positive change.
