the market. Actually, the whole platform is now obsolete, but I still cherish
those early lessons learned. This month our talented writers give you a headstart on how to select the right CM tools for your needs and, of
course, successful implementation!
Mario Moreira explains what a CM tool really is and Steve Easterbrook
leads us on with his view of the journey to selecting the right CM tools while
Ben Weatherall gives us a delightfully zany chat with his friends about his
