Bluetide Management, Marketbright and OpSource join charter members
in Serena Mashup Exchange
SAN MATEO, Calif.--Serena Software, Inc., today announced several new members of the Serena®
Mashup Exchange™, a marketplace where people
and companies can buy, sell, and support Business Mashups. The Mashup
Exchange will facilitate Business Mashup development and promotion, as
well as specific communities around key applications and business
functions. Serena® Mashup Composer™,
the first on-demand Mashup design environment, allows business users to
create their own online business services by combining workflow,
information, and Web services without writing any code.
New members of the Mashup Exchange, including Bluetide Management,
Marketbright and OpSource will provide customer relationship management
(CRM) domain-specific workflow and business services to augment existing
Salesforce.com processes. These Mashups and services will be available
in the partners’ branded MicroMarkets, as well
as within a Mashup Exchange microcommunity built by on-demand CRM users.
