Advanced Reporting and Analysis Capabilities
Improve the Effectiveness of Mission-Critical Contract Management Processes
August 22, 2007 -- AccuDraft
, a leading provider of fully-automated, rules-based contract lifecycle
management (CLM) solutions, today introduced a powerful new reporting
environment that further extends and enhances its DocsEngine offering.
This robust, feature-rich application dramatically improves the
efficiency and effectiveness of contract maintenance and management by
giving DocsEngine Portal users the ability to easily track, monitor,
and report on any piece of information contained within their contracts
and other business documents.
DocsEngine Portal's new reporting functionality provides all the
features needed to enable legal staff and other enterprise deal-makers
to review and analyze vital contract data. Its broad capabilities,
combined with an easy-to-use Web-based interface, allow users to easily
keep on top of mission-critical contract terms and verbiage. As a
result, they can better assess and understand exposure and liability
across all agreements, rapidly identify and leverage new opportunities,
and uncover those patterns and trends that will help them make better
decisions regarding partnerships with customers, suppliers, and
vendors.
Key DocsEngine reporting features include:
- The ability to create reports based on any data within any contract or group of contracts.
- Complete customization of all report features, including columns, sort orders, filters, and groupings.
- The option to save reports, and re-run them with refreshed data at pre-defined intervals.
And,
as with all AccuDraft solutions, the new DocsEngine reporting
environment is a 100% fully-hosted Web-based application. This approach
minimizes technical complexity, eliminates the hassle associated with
software and hardware installation and maintenance, and accelerates
return on investment.
"Truly effective contract management requires close monitoring of all
terms, stipulations, provisions, and other critical document
components," said Daniel Sheehan, AccuDraft's Executive Vice President
of Sales. "Our new reporting solution adds significant value to
DocsEngine by enabling our clients to analyze and maintain their
contracts more effectively than ever before."
"Without the ability to dynamically report on and track key elements
of their agreements, companies will have to rely on time-consuming,
error-prone processes," Sheehan added. "This puts them at tremendous
risk of missing important renewal dates, failing to properly comply
with contract terms, and other issues that can negatively impact their
business relationships."
DocsEngine's reporting capabilities are currently available to both
new and existing clients. Future enhancements are currently in
development, and include advanced report design options such as charts,
graphs, and cross-tabs.
