Process Automation System 7 greatly increases the number of out-of-the-box workflows, advances usability for large enterprise customers and provides seamless integration with complex heterogeneous environments – delivering a more rapid ROI, and easing compliance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other workflow-centric business processes. Thanks to its tight integration with Opsware’s complete suite of Data Center Automation software, Process Automation System 7 can scale its automation capabilities across the entire data center.

• Dual screen support – the software provides a high-resolution flow diagram which can be displayed on a separate screen next to an output/results screen, making it easy to see how changes have affected the environment

Comprehensive Workflows & Content

• Opsware Accelerator Packs – the software integrates the most common workflows and operations for Opsware Server Automation System and Network Automation System customers, providing increased operational efficiencies across the data center
• Deeper support for heterogeneous environments – the software now provides integration packs for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2007 and CA Unicenter NSM
• ITIL Accelerator Pack – To help organizations implement ITIL, the software provides out of box workflow templates representing ITIL best practices across all ITIL processes
