| THEALE, UK -- July 26, 2006 -- CM-Logic Ltd today announced the availability of CM-InSyncCQ, the IBM ClearQuest MultiSite Synchronisation Management System. CM-InSyncCQ manages the synchronisation of ClearQuest databases in a MultiSite environment.
Release 4.5 of CM-InSyncCQ includes all of the management features already available in its sister product, CM-InSync for IBM Rational ClearCase MultiSite, as well as providing ClearQuest specific support.

Specific features of CM-InSyncCQ 4.5 include:
-- Management of ClearQuest Schema Repositories and User Databases: Both schema repositories and user databases can be synchronised to multiple sites through a single centrally defined sync schedule. This provides ease of setup and management of the entire ClearQuest environment.
-- Centralised Sync Management: Define and control synchronisations from a single location and avoid the need to configure synchronisation schedules at each site that ClearQuest MultiSite is deployed to. This reduces deployment and configuration times for ClearQuest MultiSite and also ensures that all sites are kept up to date with any changes made to the databases.
-- Support for firewalls: CM-InSyncCQ supports firewall configurations by functioning through a single port, which negates the need for dedicated shipping servers configured outside of firewall constraints.
-- Automatic error recovery: In the event of a packet failure or other data loss CM-InSyncCQ can automatically recover and retry the synchronisation between sites, which reduces the requirement for administrators to continually monitor the system in readiness to respond to errors.
-- Email notification system: CM-InSyncCQ has an extensive email notification system that enables users to receive email on any event, whether success or failure, that occurs within the synchronisation process. This ensures that if a failure that is not automatically recoverable by CM-InSyncCQ occurs then administrators are notified to perform remedial action.
