As a lead member of a team that is responsible for supporting continuous product integration and release builds, the Senior Configuration Lead Engineer will manage the source code change tracking, implementation and design of installers and software deployment features as well as maintain, architect and develop a large software construction infrastructure. Escrow releases, management of third party intellectual property used in building and shipped with our products and other miscellaneous release engineering tasks can be expected with this position.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in software product development organization or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience in building and releasing medium to large scale, complex product or system development projects.
• Perforce adminstration.
• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail resulting in high quality deliverables and in providing professional and effective feedback to customers and peers.
• Basic understanding of project methodologies, specifically in the areas of software configuration management and release engineering.
• Familiarity with both Windows, Linux and UNIX platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Install Shield, Install Anywhere, and WiX

 Experienced in programming including practical knowledge of several of the following:

• C, C++, Java, Perl, ksh, csh, Python
• Make, Ant, Visual Studio, .net

 Desired Qualifications:

•Experience creating formal requirements and design specifications

•Demonstrated project lead or management experience
