- In depth ChangeMan ZMF knowledge. You must have touched and be very comfortable with exits, skels, and panels.

- Be willing to travel. A lot.

- Be an excellent communicator

- Be able to plan ChangeMan ZMF customizations, migrations, training sessions. And then be able to execute each of the plans.
