As a result, many companies are working to move agile practices beyond the workgroup level and into the enterprise both in the development arena and across the entire business. However, scaling agile into the enterprise only becomes possible with solid ALM fundamentals. During Day 2 of ALM Expo we are going to explore how ALM is utilized to support the enterprise deployment of agile techniques and practices. The keynote will be followed with four in-depth presentations from agile and ALM experts across different industries all sharing their experiences and best practices with enterprise agile adoption and how ALM techniques were utilized to ensure a successful adoption. About the Presenters: Johanna Rothman helps managers and leaders solve problems and seize opportunities. She consults, speaks, and writes on managing high-technology product development. She enables managers, teams, and organizations to become more effective by applying her pragmatic approaches to the issues of project management, risk management, and people management. Johanna publishes The Pragmatic Manager, a monthly email newsletter and podcast, and writes two blogs: Managing Product Development and Hiring Technical People. She is the author of several books:

Damon Poole, Tom Tyler, Tom Tyler assists Perforce customers with their migration and branching strategies. He started his career at NASA Kennedy Space Center in 1990, and has worked as a developer and consultant in various organizations. Before he discovered Perforce in 1999, colleagues knew him as "The ClearCase Guy." |
