Carolyn Pampino is the Program Director for Strategic Offerings focused on IT Software Delivery. She leads teams in defining, developing and delivering strategic offerings to help IT organizations DECIDE what to invest in, DO what they decided, and Deploy what they just did. She is a member of the ALM leadership team at IBM Rational, working closely with the Jazz team leads to define the Collaborative Lifecycle Management road map and strategy. She is co-author of an eBook available from InfoQ.com titled "Scaling Agile with Collaborative ALM" and an IBM Redbook titled Collaborative Application Lifecycle Management with Rational products. She was a founding member of the team defining strategies for Rational and Tivoli product integrations, and contributed to Rational's acquisition of Build Forge. Prior to IBM, Carolyn was the Director of Product Management, Development, and Competitive Intelligence at BroadVision, Inc.
