Borland Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements PDF Print E-mail

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Borland Software Corporation (NASDAQ:BORL) ("Borland") today announced that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements.

With the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on November 22, 2006, Borland received notification from Nasdaq that its de-listing hearing has been canceled.
