The CIG Suite for e-business is a host-based application. It is installed once, on the OS/390, not on each workstation involved in development. Using standard browser technologies, companies are now able to leverage the power and security of the OS/390 as a repository for virtually any type of source object.
The Suite consists of two products, Breeze and Cloud 9, and CIG’s consulting methodology. These tools interface with either IBM’s SCLM or CA-Endevor, extending all of their proven SCM functionality to every platform. This revolutionary methodology enables organizations to store, access, and change any type of development artifact on the OS/390 through Cloud 9, and approve the changes through your existing controlled lifecycle with Breeze.
