The Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are best known for our proprietary CMII model, CMII training and certification programs.
ICM MISSION STATEMENT
Components essential to our success include ensuring that CMII continues to represent the best industry practice, maintaining excellence in how we deliver our services, helping software companies provide enabling tools with proper functionality, and providing oversight as needed to ensure that implementations are successful. We are only as successful as our customers, suppliers and employees are jointly successful.
Our success to-date has come from being leaders, not followers. We broke the mold of
traditional CM. We shall continue to break molds that do not work, embrace ideas that do work, and do both in a positive way.
