Crossroads News - December 16,2003
As we wrap up 2003 and look forward to a promising new year, let's take a few moments to consider some lessons learned. Some of us learned to re-invent ourselves while the job market went through some radical changes. Some of us learned a little more than we cared to about email virus protection. And we learned that eXtreme programming methods and standards based process control really can and should co-exist. I have always liked the concept "All the things I need to know about business I learned in Kindergarten." I think it continues to ring true today. This month the Crossroads News writers discuss the lessons they have learned and recommend some practices that you might want to implement in the coming year. We would also like to continue the discussion and hear what lessons you may have learned as well.
