IT and line of business (LOB) executives should jointly support and push a change management initiative throughout the enterprise. Without a well-defined architecture, however, a change management policy cannot be effectively executed. Thus, IT and LOB executives should review existing processes for improvement, institute an oversight committee to address day-to-day issues, align the architecture with the strategic vision, and evaluate only those change management products that execute corporate strategy.
