Many people have a tradition of making New Years Resolutions this time of year. Getting more exercise, dieting and improving one-self is a wonderful resolve no matter what time of the year. Many people include finding a better job or advancing one’s career in their list of New Years Resolutions. For others realizing that it is time to make a job move is essential. It’s often amazing how many employees stay put on a job when all of the signs are there that it is time to move on. Are you ready for a change? Do you need to get ready for changes in 2003?
