Look out! Things are getting better for IT professionals. Judging from the Help Wanted ads in the classified, postings from online Job Boards and the number of phone calls (from recruiters) the job market for IT professionals is certainly showing some significant improvement. I don’t know too many people who complained that headhunters were overly concerned with ethics and honesty before, but it seems I am hearing more stories of increasingly unethical behavior. Don’t be scammed! You need to know what is reasonable for you to expect and require from an agent.
