While application development becomes increasingly complex for many organizations it seems prudent to take a step back and re-address the basics. Well thought out and planned configuration management practices can be the difference between failure or success. This month we take a look at some of the lessons learned involving basic configuration management practices and how they might evolve. With the most recent run of viruses running wild through the internet we might all re-think some basic CM strategies.
