William Doyle, Director and Vertical Services Lead of the Advanced Solutions Group, Cognizant William Doyle is a Director and Vertical Services Lead within Cognizant’s Advanced Solutions Group (ASG). He provides management oversight and delivery assurance for large-scale custom development and system integration projects in the Information, Media, Entertainment and Telecom practices. William has over 16 years of experience in delivering software services and solutions for clients. The last four years of which have been focused on managing global distributed teams and addressing the many challenges that these types of projects introduce. Prior to joining Cognizant, William was a Sr. Architect at Wipro, NerveWire and CSC where he specialized in service oriented architecture, and distributed component-based system development, primarily for Financial Services clients. Patrick Egan Patrick Egan is the founder of CM Crossroads and Editor-in-Chief for the Configuration Management Journal. With over 20 years experience in the software industry in both development and product management, he brings an understanding of the needs of both the industry as well as the users of configuration management tools. Prior to CM Crossroads, Mr. Egan held technical and executive management positions with fortune 500 organizations and software vendors such as Allstate Insurance, the LEGENT Corporation, SERENA Software, New Dimensions, PLATINUM Technology, Catalyst Systems and Computer Associates.
