Gartner emphasizes the concept of "just enough” and speaks about needing "just enough process to enable good enough results." While it is essential to meet your business goals and objectives, managers shouldn't get themselves into a state of analysis paralysis in the effort to produce perfect results.
Are you asking yourself
- Do I have a clear idea of what my processes are?
- Do I currently measure my processes?
- Do I know if we have enough processes in place?
- Do I understand what our goals are?
- Do we communicate throughout our company/organization?
If you answered “No” to any of these questions, then you MUST attend our webinar “Right-sizing Processes and Maximizing Productivity” featuring Bob Aiello, Sr. Editor, CM Crossroads; Nelson Risser, Director IT/Physical Services, Lancaster Labs; and Jim Winder, National Application Engineer, MKS Inc. Don't miss this opportunity to ask questions during the Q & A period. We look forward to you joining us online!
