About This Webcast:
Recent CM Crossroads research shows that while over 85% of organizations are moving towards deploying agile methods and tools for their development teams, less than 12% have two or more projects underway using agile methods. This suggests that many organizations simply do not know where to start.
Feedback is an essential component of an agile software development environment. One of the most direct forms of feedback you can about the state of your application development process is the state of your codeline. The best way to assess the state of your codeline is by having effective build and test processes in place.
In this 60 minute Webcast presentation, noted author and CM Journal Columnist Steve Berczuk will be joined by John Carrillo, Senior Director of Strategic Solutions for Telelogic to discuss agile in the real world. During this broadcast attendees will learn about the role of build, test, and related SCM practices in a software development environment, and how effective build and SCM practices can help improve the feedback process among the development, QA teams and other stakeholders.
