Uttam Narsu has more than 20 years of experience as an industry analyst, systems architect, software developer, trainer, and consultant.  Formerly a well-known SCM analyst with Forrester Research and Giga Information Group, Uttam now freelances, consulting on a broad range of application development topics such as SCM, agile development methodologies, testing, XML, and Web Services.  Uttam has worked at various companies, including several startups, research firms, and corporate IT organizations, and has consulted with hundreds of companies to help improve their development practices.  Uttam earned a B.S. in computer science from the State University of New York, Albany.

Michael O'Rourke is a veteran of the software industry with over 20 years of development and customer support experience.  He currently serves as Vice President of Product Development at BuildForge, Inc., a provider of build and release management software, guiding the company's product, QA, and support organizations.  Mike has held senior management roles at a number of companies, from industry leaders to small start-ups, including HP, Tivoli Systems, BroadJump, Agillion, Performance Retail, and others.
