Matt Klassen is the Strategic Solutions Manager for MKS Inc.  In this role, Mr. Klassen is responsible for leading the effort to create, package, market, and sell application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions built on MKS Integrity.  With over 10 years experience in implementing, selling, and marketing ALM software solutions he brings a wealth of knowledge and a history of success to the role.

With many years as an ALM consultant and instructor, Matt has the in-depth technical knowledge to understand customer challenges across the software development lifecycle.  Included in his experience are many enterprise RUP, Requirements Management, Software Configuration and Change Management, and Test Management and Automation implementations.  His recent experience with enterprise Scrum/Agile transformation with several enterprise organizations has given Matt many insights into how Scrum and Agile can scale across IT and Engineering organizations.  Matt has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences and seminars where his technical background coupled with good communications skills have been well received by audiences.
