Mike Kochanik is Vice President of Global Market Development at CollabNet. Since joining CollabNet from it's founding in 1999, Mike has worked to help enterprises and government organizations achieved their strategic objectives through the adoption of SaaS/Cloud-based solutions for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Prior to working at CollabNet, Mike successfully helped to bring two start-up technology companies to market. Geodesic Systems, a leading provider of Java memory management technologies, where he served as Eastern Regional Director of Sales and IKOS Systems, a leading provider of large-scale integrated circuit verification tools, where he helped develop the first language based simulators for VHDL, a hardware description design language. Mike's career in technology started with Lockheed Martin, where he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer on Trident Missile programs and FAA programs. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and a MBA from Seton Hall University.

Ron Worley has been with CollabNet four years and is currently Director - WW Financial Services Industry. While at CollabNet, Ron has led the enterprise-wide transformation in software development at many Fortune 50 CollabNet clients. Prior to being with CollabNet, Ron was with IBM Software Group and Rational Software. Ron has held leadership positions in Software Sales, Service and Delivery for over 15 years. Ron holds a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Washington State University.
