Many software engineering organizations are implementing continuous integration (CI) as part of a move to agile development techniques. Organizations commonly start by using an open source tool, such as Cruise Control, but quickly find that they require extensive work and significant resources to meet the needs of a larger team or across an enterprise.

Paul Julius As Executive Vice President, Paul Julius helps to establish best practices and procedures to assist Stelligent's customers in accelerating the delivery of quality software. Paul's penchant for consulting and automation fits perfectly with Stelligent's specialization in getting teams up and running quickly, using testing, continuous integration, pair programming, and other leading edge ideas.
He has been consulting in the software development industry for more
than ten years. He specializes in using Agile methodologies and automation to
enhance a software development team's capabilities. Previous to Stelligent, Paul
worked as a Senior Technologist with ThoughtWorks, Inc. He helped clients push
forward and shape the Agile movement. He is a co-founder of the CruiseControl
continuous integraton server team that open sourced the product in 2001.
