Volume 9 - Number 10 - October 2011 The topic of CM for Small Teams has been a favorite in the CM Crossroads community for many years. Many of us work in small teams and need to adjust our CM and ALM practices to the needs of a smaller organization. Of course, our CM Crossroads writers tackle this challenge with their usual sharp insight and wisdom. Leslie Sachs takes a look at the small team as a family in her column, "Personality Matters," while I share my own trench-level experience with dealing with small teams in large organizations. Joe Townsend looks at release management and deployments in his column, and we are treated to the second part of Joe Farah's look at the requirements for a successful next-generation CM/ALM solution strategy. Our own Ben Weatherall has a classic four-part series on small teams that is a must read and we'll also look back at Brad Appleton, Robert Cowan, and Steve Bercuk's article on CM for small teams.Make sure that you come online and share your own experiences with implementing CM and ALM for small teams in our CM Crossroads forums, groups, and online community blogs!
