User Settings -- preference settings customizable by users
Some of the preference settings are explicitly intended to be customized by users, though a default is provided in System.DefaultPreferences and site wide customisation can take place in Main.SitePreferences. User settings are customised by asetting a value in the users' personal topic. For example, Example:* Set LINKTOOLTIPINFO = offThis value will apply for the user when they are logged in, but will not affect other users. See also:
