Politics

Politics is the science of making decisions that concern social behaviors. The prototype of social behavior, because that's we train to do, and because that's what we do the best 8 hours of our awaken time, is work. The prototype of work, because we're human and constantly figuring ways out of known problems, is development. The prototype of development, because that's where the inertia is minimal, is software development. The science of making decisions about software development is SCM.

SCM is politics, and politics is SCM. Elections etc. are just television fun, not real stuff. This demonstration may not 100% hold logical water, but it is just because it is political: I'm trying to convince you.
