Hmmn - this looks like its trying to do much the same thing as the "Tools" appendix in the ScmPatterns? book. I thight CVS used the "update" command for the equivalent of rebase. Under "concept" perhaps we should use the terms from Susan Dart's book "CM: The missing lik for web engineering". That seems to be a pretty comprehensive list for starters.
