CMstat Tool Topic Page CMstat, www.cmstat.com, is an oracle based CM tool. We currently use it at our company for hardware release management.

The database encompasses CMstat: used for read and write users. Permissions can be set by specific groups or company needs. Presently I use this section of the database for CM department use only. Uses- release information, release management, supplier/CAGE code management, change management, document management, baselines, reports, BOM's, document & data control, etc.

CMwebstat: an internet browser version of CMstat for the masses. Excellent tool for view only personnel. Shows all data up to the minute as entered in the CMstat database.

CMreports: Reporting tool based in Oracle and Crystal Reports. Uses- BOM's, As-built vs. As-engineered, outstanding changes, suppliers, part master, document release status, Configuration Status Accounting, etc.
