Abject Project
Etymologically, a
project is something
thrown forwards.
It describes thus an
intention, a consistent vision in the future which unifies and gives meaning to various activities and investments in the present.
As being something in the future, it is essentially volatile, and gets constantly reevaluated.
Any representation of it must thus be
managed
This is however far from the common use of the term.
Very often, and quite unfortunately, projects are bound to immutable resources, organizations, and structures:
the ones representing the
initial project.
Getting back to etymology, and choosing the correct Latin prefix, one should obviously name the related concept
abject (
where thrown from).
